About Concrete Foam Concentrate
FOAMER BRAND FOAM-CRETE Concentrate
DESCRIPTION
FOAMER BRAND FOAM-CRETE concentrate is designed for making concrete casts light in weight without losing its strength. It helps to make concrete casts of very high quality.
FOAMER BRAND FOAM-CRETE concentrate is a specially formulated product based on high performing surfactants, protein and solvents to give high quality concrete casts, which the expansion ratio is more with using less water and due to extremely low water absorption of the capillary water absorption (actual saturation degree) into accessible pours of the material never reaches a point of critical saturation (critical saturation degree), at which point damage could occur. It is developed for operation with special equipments. FOAMER BRAND FOAM-CRETE concentrate is mixed with water and generated into pre-formed foam for addition to cement/slurry mixtures to create a closed cell of low density resulting concrete blocks contain large volume of air up-to 80% and it provides good insulation properties.
FOAMER BRAND FOAM-CRETE concentrate is safe for use and has no harmful effect on human being. It can be successfully treated in biological waste water treatment systems after proper dilution. It is non-corrosive, non-hazardous and biodegradable.
Optimized Foaming for Lightweight ConcreteThis concentrate produces highly stable foam with a remarkable expansion ratioup to 25 times its original volumesignificantly reducing the density of concrete. It improves workability, resulting in smoother mixing and easier application for lightweight concrete and CLC block manufacturing.
Safe and Environmentally Friendly CompositionWith non-toxic, biodegradable ingredients and no poisonous constituents, this foam concentrate is safe for users and the environment. Its mild aroma and neutral pH are suitable for industrial applications, ensuring minimal impact during production or end use.
Flexible Packaging and Application RangeAvailable in 25 kg, 50 kg, and 200 kg HDPE drums, the concentrate caters to various project scales. Its compatibility with Portland cement and fly ash allows for versatile deployment in lightweight concrete, void filling, and insulating layers, making it ideal for construction professionals.
FAQs of Concrete Foam Concentrate:
Q: How should Concrete Foam Concentrate be used in construction applications?
A: To use Concrete Foam Concentrate, dilute it thoroughly with water according to the recommended ratio and generate foam using a foam generator. The prepared foam is then mixed with cementitious slurries to produce lightweight or insulating concrete for applications such as CLC blocks and void filling.
Q: What are the main benefits of using this foam concentrate in lightweight concrete?
A: The concentrate enhances air entrainment, provides stable and high expansion foam, and improves the workability of the concrete mix. This results in lighter, more manageable concrete with increased thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
Q: When is the ideal temperature range for applying this product?
A: For optimal foam stability and performance, apply Concrete Foam Concentrate within a temperature range of 5C to 40C. Operating within this range assures proper foam generation and durability in the final concrete product.
Q: Where can this product be applied effectively?
A: Concrete Foam Concentrate is best used in lightweight concrete manufacturing, CLC block production, insulating concrete, and void filling projects. It is suitable for both interior and exterior construction environments where reduced structural load and enhanced insulation are required.
Q: What is the process for handling and storing the concentrate?
A: Store the product in its original HDPE drum in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure containers are sealed tightly when not in use. The shelf life under these conditions is up to 12 months.
Q: Is this product environmentally safe and non-toxic to users?
A: Yes, the concentrate is formulated with non-toxic, biodegradable components. It is safe for users and causes minimal environmental impact, adhering to strict industrial standards.
